PARAMETERS
1. Driving Principle of Mine Planetary Reducer:
The main equipment used in metallurgical and mining mills and cement mills for building materials is planetary reducer. The input shaft of the planetary reducer drives the sun wheel to mesh with three planetary wheels at the same time, and the planetary wheel also meshes with fixed inner gear ring, thus realizing the rotation and rotation of the planetary gear (i.e. revolving around the axis of the sun wheel), and then driving it. Rotating frame (planetary frame). Similarly, the first stage frame as the input of the second stage, driving the second stage rotation; the second stage frame as the input of the third stage, driving the third stage rotation; the third stage frame as the input of the fourth stage, driving the fourth stage rotation, so that the output shaft reaches the predetermined speed n2. The parameters of several reducers of our mine mills are listed in Table 1 below.

2.Vertical mill planetary reducer
2.1Reducer Principle 

Three-stage deceleration design is adopted, and single screw umbrella is used in the first stage. The two-stage transmission forms are different, and the common one is the two-stage planet. (2) The lubrication system is designed by the combination of static and dynamic pressure. (3) The external meshing gears are all hard surface grinding gears, but some internal gears are machined, and some structures are not suitable for grinding. (4) Thrust bearings adopt more fan-shaped blocks and cylindrical ones, the number of which is suitable for 12-15.The reducer parameters of several vertical cement mills are as follows: Table 2
