2. Technical parameters of copper bush of large mill and crusher:
2.1 The copper tile is made of lead bronze with a net mass of 10-1000Kg.
2.2 Copper tile diameter: 100-3500mm, wall thickness: 5-60mm, height: 50-1200mm;
2.3 Copper tile structure: round, 120 degree, 180 degree;
2.4 Roughness Ra = 0.8 for inner circle, 1.6 for end and outer circle, and 3.2 for other surface roughness.
3. Our casting process parameters are reasonably designed. After repeated practice, there are no casting defects such as porosity and shrinkage, and the segregation of chemical elements such as lead can be controlled in an ideal state.
4. Copper tile and copper sleeve are machined, and the designed tooling and clamp are used to ensure that they will not deform.
5. Copper tile packaging is strictly carried out in accordance with technological standards. Customized wooden cases are used to ensure that the surface is not polluted, does not withstand pressure and does not produce extrusion.
