With high mechanical properties, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, it can be welded and not easy to braze. Large castings can be prevented from brittle by air cooling from 700 C. Important castings requiring high strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, such as large axle sleeves and snails Mother, worm gear and pipe fittings working below 250 C.

Medium strength, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, easy to process. Wear-resisting and corrosion-resisting parts such as bearing bush, bushing, cylinder liner, piston clutch, pump cover cover and worm wheel working under high load and medium sliding speed.
◆ ZCuSn10P1
High hardness, excellent wear resistance, not easy to bite, good casting and cutting performance, good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and fresh water. It can be used for wear-resistant parts under high load (below 20 MPa) and high sliding speed (8 m/s), such as connecting rod, bushing, bearing bush, gear, worm wheel, etc.
◆ ZCuSn10Zn6Pb10
With high strength, abrasion resistance and excellent lubricity, this material is used in the main bearing bush of large mill or rotary equipment. At present, the main bearing bush of Meizuo Mine Machine and CITIC-HIC are all modified materials, and the effect is good.
◆ ZCuSn12Ni
High tin bronze castings used for screwdown nuts of large heavy wall rolling mills have high strength, excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
