1. Driving Principle of Mine Planetary Reducer
The main equipment used in metallurgical and mining mills and cement mills for building materials is planetary reducer. The input shaft of the planetary reducer drives the sun wheel to mesh with three planetary wheels at the same time, and the planetary wheel also meshes with fixed inner gear ring, thus realizing the rotation and rotation of the planetary gear (i.e. revolving around the axis of the sun wheel), and then driving it. Rotating frame (planetary frame). Similarly, the first stage frame as the input of the second stage, driving the second stage rotation; the second stage frame as the input of the third stage, driving the third stage rotation; the third stage frame as the input of the fourth stage, driving the fourth stage rotation, so that the output shaft reaches the predetermined speed n2.

2.Planetary reducer structure
ZZF series planetary reducer, which is composed of four-stage planetary gear transmission, has the following characteristics:
(1) The sun gear and planetary gear are made of high quality low-carbon and high-alloy structural steel. After carburizing and quenching, the hardness of the tooth surface is HRC57+4, and the tooth surface is grinded. The precision of the tooth surface reaches grade 6 of ISO1328-1995.
(2) The internal gears are made of high quality medium carbon and high alloy structural steel. After quenching and tempering, the gear teeth are machined by fine cutting, and the accuracy reaches the level of ISO1328-1995.
(3) The output frame and the shaft of the frame are welded.
(4) The body adopts HT200 material and casting structure.
The working ability and service life of the reducer are determined by the manufacturing quality and service conditions. Correct installation, reasonable use and careful maintenance are important factors to ensure the normal operation and service life of the reducer. The requirements mentioned in this specification are only the most basic requirements for installation, adjustment, use and maintenance, which must be strictly implemented.
