■ Factory
Our perfect manufacturing system in casting factory is composed of:
Three 12-ton medium-frequency induction furnaces;
One production line for resin sand modeling of liners with a capacity of 2000-ton each year;Hear treatment furnace with 7*14m and 5*10m respectively;
Shot blasting chamber with 8*10ml,We possess production capacity of 20,000 tons/year.
■ Detection
The products are detected in all directions, including dimension testing, hardness testing, lossless testing, mechanical properties testing, metallographic testing and test-fitting etc., with the detection standards being executed strictly in accordance with the ITP plan, providing comprehensive detection reports to user.
■ Service
We will carry out a regular tracking, revisit and detection for the use of liners, examine its use effect, and find problems on time to achieve continuous optimization for mill liners.
■ Cost effective
Compared with others in the industry, our mill liners products are more cost effective, in lower fracture risk and longer service life.
■ Delivery
We schedule manufacturing reasonably, and execute the delivery date according to the contract strictly.
