Φ3×50m Rotary Kiln Girth Gear and Pinion Shipment.

The girth gear and pinion of Φ 3 × 50m rotary kiln provided by our company for conch group have been packaged. This is the second time since 2021 to provide cement equipment spare parts for conch. In order to deliver the spare parts to the user's site before the Spring Festival, the Chinese government's environmental protection policy has delayed the delivery due to the shutdown and production restriction of heavy industry, so the production progress has been accelerated for some time. This time, two pieces of girth gear and two pieces of pinion are provided to assemble the main equipment of Sinoma cement rotary kiln. Girth gear module M = 24, tooth number Z = 160, tooth width H = 280mm, weight 16400kg, material zg270-500, tooth surface hardness hb200-240; pinion material 42CrMo forging, hardness HB greater than 240. During the installation, we will arrange engineers to the site to guide the installation.
