A set of Φ5.5 × 8.5m overflow ball mill liner provided by our company for vale iron mine in Brazil has been produced and will be delivered to the user's site in the near future. The main machine of the ball mill is provided by citic-hic, and our company has improved the structure of the original liner. The total number of feeding and discharging liners of this set of liner is 144, with the weight of 31680kg. The total number of the whole set of cylinder liners is 360, with the weight of 89474kg. All mill shell liners, part of the liners and part of the liners for feeding and discharging are cast with Cr16Mo2, while the other liners are made of ordinary CrMo materials. The service life of the whole set of liners is expected to be 18 months. We will track and verify the use of the liner, and accumulate data to prepare for continuous optimization.
