The girth gear products of Φ3.2×13m cement mill provided by HENGIN for Conch Cement Group have been manufactured and tested, and will be delivered soon. The girth gear has a maximum outer diameter of 5050mm, a number of teeth z = 186, a module M = 28, a width of teeth H = 550mm and a weight of 15500kg. The material of girth gear is zgcrmo, the accuracy of gear surface is grade 7, and the hardness of gear surface is higher than HB200. This is our first cooperation with conch group in the cement mill girth gear products, so we carefully plan the process design, carefully organize the manufacturing and production, and accurately control the detection, so that the products can achieve the ideal effect and deliver to the user's site today.
