Hengin has finished manufacturing the liner of cone crusher for Chilean copper mine. As the holiday is approaching, the ship booking position is very tight, so it needs to ship after the holiday. This is the second order placed by Chilean customers to hengin, including MP1250 / MP1000 / MP8003 models, 3 sets of each model, with a total of 18 pieces of conical broken liners. Mn18Cr2, which is still used in this batch of liners, increases the content of RE, strengthens the metallurgical modification, refines the grain size to grade 7, and improves the impact toughness by more than 10%. Since the improvement of metallurgy and heat treatment process and equipment, the comprehensive performance of high manganese crusher liner has been improved. The second purchase of Chilean customers shows that our crusher liner products have been affirmed. We further increase technology research and development, improve process level, improve product quality and service, fully meet customer needs, and further open up the market in Chile's mining field.
