The Φ8.5×3.9m SAG mill liner designed and manufactured by HENGIN for a Russian gold mining company was delivered on December 24 before the end of 2022. This batch of liners was designed by us according to the original assembly drawing, with a total of 255 pieces.

manufactured all of them except the feeding inner liners , with a total weight of 233.5 tons. The shell line adopts the method of high and low alternate assembly. This design has both the crushing and grinding effect on minerals. The number of high shell line is 48 pieces, the height is 350mm, and the weight is 1262Kg. The number of low shell liner is 48 pieces, the height is 220mm, and the weight is 953Kg.

The hole of the grid liner is 40mm. A full set of SAG mill liner high-carbon CrMo material, the content of S and P elements in molten steel smelting are all ≤0.003, the hardness is HB325-375, the measured hardness is HB330-360, the impact toughness of the standard sample is Ak≥40J, the hardness and Uniform impact toughness.
Grid Liner Pulp Lifter
The full set of SAG mill liner adopts V method casting process to ensure good surface quality of the casting. The heat treatment process of the liner is normalizing and tempering. The size of this set of SAG mill liner is accurate in accordance with the requirements of the drawing.HENGIN has carried out trial assembly and testing between the corner liner and the shell liner, and between the grid liner and the pulp lifter, and the assembly effect is good.
