Hengin's Impact Crusher Blow Bar Products Enter Canada
The 60 pieces of keestrack R5 impact crusher blow bars and 6 pieces of 4800A blow bars have been packed and will be sent to Shanghai port for shipping to Canada. This is the first time our wear-resistant products have been sold to the Canadian market. In order to achieve the expected effect of blow bars, we carefully studied the working conditions and parameters of impact crusher, and optimized the material, casting and heat treatment process of blow bars. In terms of materials, kestrack R5 adopts Cr26 with Mo content of 2.5-3%; 4800A blow bars selects Cr20 with Mo content of 2% and Ni content of about 2% according to the structure. Re and Ti are added to the two materials for alloying treatment, so as to further refine the grain, improve the morphology of inclusions, and improve the impact toughness of blow bars, so as to prolong their service life. In the aspect of casting, the feeding effect of riser was enhanced to make the internal microstructure of blow bars more compact. The molten steel was refined outside the furnace to remove gas and inclusions. In the aspect of heat treatment, the temperature difference in the furnace should be adjusted to ± 5 ℃, so that the microstructure is more uniform, the performance is more uniform and the wear resistance is stronger. Through the above improvements, the quality of our blog bars will be recognized by users.
