The SAG mill chute liner manufactured by hengin for customers in the Middle East has been manufactured and packed. According to the requirements of users for high wear resistance, we choose Cr20VTi high chromium cast iron material according to working conditions, material properties and experience. The hardness of normalizing heat treatment reaches above HRC55. The thickness of the lining plate at the bottom of the chute is 80mm, and the liner at both sides of the chute are 40mm and 20mm. The total number of the whole set of SAG mill chute liners is 25, and the weight is about 3.1t. We have carried out UT for 1 / 3 chute liner casting, which is in accordance with JB / t5000.14-2007 grade II, and all of them are qualified. It is expected that the effect of lining board will be obviously improved. There is another feature in the design of this set of chute liner. Instead of casting the lifting hole as a whole, the general carbon steel block is cast in the liner. The M16 screw hole is drilled here, and the lifting ring is used to lift the liner. This design is not only to prevent the damage of the lifting hole, but also to save the space of the packing wooden box, which is simple and practical.
