■ Marking and Packaging ◆ Mark
Each casting shall be marked or partially marked as follows:
✔ The name or identification of the supplier's factory;
✔ Supplier's name;
✔ Other markings required by the buyer.
When it is impossible to make a mark on the casting, the mark can be printed on the casting label. ■ Quality Certificate All qualified castings shall be accompanied by quality certificates. Certificates include;
◆The name or identification of the supplier's factory;
◆The name of the casting;
◆ Drawing number or order contract number;
◆ Material number and furnace number, supply status;
◆ Chemical composition, mechanical properties and non-destructive testing results;
◆ Exit date, etc. ■ Painting and Packaging Castings shall be coated after passing the inspection. The coating shall comply with the requirements of JB/T 5000.12-2007 and the packaging shall comply with the requirements of JBT 5000.13-2007.
