Mil Girth Gear Lifting Storage
■ To avoid too much stress concentration when lifting, at least four lifting points should be used for the overall flat lifting of the split gear (taking the semi-girth gear as an example), among which two starting points need to cross over the joint surface. When lifting the semi-girth gear, we should also add lifting points as much as possible to avoid the stress concentration.
■ During machine finishing or processing into products, improper storage will lead the deformation and the existence of residual stress of the girth gear. Therefore when storing the girth gear, the support point should be added by rule and the module should be unified.
