PARAMETERS
SAG mill liner from HENGIN is made of CrMo alloy, and its main matrix structure is pearlite and carbide. CrMo mill liner has superior strength and toughness matching, which can meet the requirements of the liner to deal with the conditions of high wear resistance and high impact toughness. It is currently the main international material selection standard for Mine SA, SAG mill liners.

HENGIN uses MilTraj and DEM software to design the SAG mill liner to accurately position the Toe. Use Procast software to simulate the casting of the liner to eliminate casting defects and ensure the quality of castings.

◆Hardness: Hardness reflects the wear resistance of the material. In order to resist the grinding effect of metal ores with higher hardness, SAG mill CrMo liner has higher hardnessHB325-375;
◆Hardenability: The liner of the mine mill is thick . In order to ensure the uniformity of the structure and performance, the CrMo liner has high hardenability;
◆Corrosion Resistance: The mine mill liner is immersed in corrosive media, and the CrMo liner has high corrosion resistance;
◆ Abrasion Resistance: The interaction of corrosion and wear under wet grinding conditions will greatly accelerate the failure of the liner, and the CrMo liner has a high resistance to corrosion and abrasion;
◆Impact Toughness: to ensure that the liner does not break during use under wet grinding conditions, and the CrMo liner has high impact toughness.
